    WIRE EDM

Sodick AG600L Linear Motor Submerged Wire EDM..Travels X 23.62"xY 14.96"x Z 13.77" U 4.72" x V 4.72 allowing a 45° taper .Machine is equipped with Super PIKA Finish technology capable of ultra fine finsihes to Ra 0.04 µm .The Machine has Glass scales accurate to 10 nanometers (.4 Millionths) they are mounted to all moving axis .

        PRECISION OUT SERVICES

    Moscow Mills has developed a multitude of  excellent relationships with high quality vendors for anodizing ,hard coat anodizing, electro polish, gold plating, electro-less nickel, chrome plating, alodine, PFA among others. Plating to Mill spec is also available. If you have specific needs not shown here please ask. It is likely we have experience with your request or vendors fully capable of handling it.

SolidWorks Simulation Premium:  SolidWorks simulation technology ensures the quality and performance of our design before we commit to production. Comprehensive analysis tools let us test models digitally for valuable insight early in the design process. With the information we develop, we can easily determine methods to reduce weight and material costs, improve durability and manufacturability as well as compare design alternatives to best meet specific customer requirements.

    SolidWorks :  Enterprise PDM (EPDM) provides an easy way for designers to collaborate on product designs without worrying about version control or data loss. It stores CAD models and supporting documents anything from emails to images in an indexed central repository that tracks versions and automates workflows to eliminate wasteful repetition.

    We maintain a large inventory of material of all types and have a mature and well developed network of suppliers.

    Maintenance staff

    Machine tool:  Moscow Mills has extensive experience in the maintenance, Retrofitting, modification and rebuilding of CNC tools and equipment. This unique ability allows us to utilize our equipment to the fullest and to radically minimize downtime associated with routine maintenance and repairs.

    IT:  Moscow Mills employs a highly experienced IT staff that is capable of modifying, creating and managing all IT requirements internally.

     

    Shipping support

    Moscow Mills is located approximately 8 miles from interstate 89 and has a well defined shipping and receiving protocol. We do business with all standard vendors such as UPS, FedEx, Overnight transportation, Land Air Express and others. We have a ground level loading dock with fork truck loading capabilities.
