Moscow Mills is available to fill in the gap between prototype and high production with short run and medium volume manufacturing of your fabricated components and electromechanical assemblies. To ensure we can meet our clients production needs, we run multiple shifts as well as operate multiple 5-axis and 7-axis machining centers. All of our production equipment has backups to ensure that we can meet production needs. In addition, we do as many critical operations in-house as practical, so that we minimize the need to rely on outside vendors for many critical heat treating, metrology, cryo processing, finishing, passivation and other critical steps. We also maintain special relationships with our outside vendors ensuring that when needed, we can rely on rapid turnaround and complete attention to detail. We are also available to work with production facilities when it becomes time to ramp up production and transition away from Moscow Mills.
